Prior to joining John C. Ricotta and Associates, Tim honed his financial skills at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Since then, Tim's ability to crunch numbers, combined with his understanding of real estate, has provided his clients the edge needed to successfully uncover and execute a real estate opportunity.

Tim has summered in Chatham since the early 1960's and has been a full-time Chatham resident since 1980. He was a commercial fisherman yet returned to school to receive his B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University. Tim's local Cape knowledge, combined with his business experience, offers his clients the opportunity to be better-informed buyers which positively affects our buying strategy. He takes pride in the fact that all his clients purchases have been smart buys, buys which have appreciated since the date of sale.
